1. # [30003001-4586] – Add Assignee as watched to the ticket so the assignee can receive notifications for any update on the ticket
2. # [30003001-4593] – ITIL - Add Template in Helpdesk for “Add Assignment” and “Ask Customer” so the Helpdesk team can use the template to respond to customers. Admins can setup template at https://redmine.vnc.biz/settings/plugin/redmine_itil
3. # [30003001-4570] – ITIL - Add a Button in Incidents to Display SLA details of a Ticket owner. The Helpdesk team can quickly view if SLA is available for an incident or not
4. # [30003001-4509] – ITIL - Add field “Severity” for Incidents

Bug Report
1. # [30003001-4525] – Version information is displayed wrong
2. # [30003001-4512] – ITIL - Once problem is created from the incident or added as a related issue, the incident's status will be changed to "On hold - escalated". Incident assignee will be notified once problem is approved.
3. # [30003001-4513] – ITIL - Once problem is solved, it cannot re-open.
