EVM
1) Added "Period" field in EVM project overview. We can now choose the period to see EVM values.
2) Created a new tab "Contract values" on project settings page. We can define multiple contract values for a project for e.g. monthly, quaterly values with date range for the contract.
3) Removed Version wise EVM values
4) Fixed bug for EVM export report
5) Fixed Bug - EVM calculation on main ticket will now include sub tickets value.
6) Provided option of fixed columns and horizontal bar to view tickets in "Ticket Details" tab
7) Added field "Real Profit" in "Overview tab" and at EVM report. It is calculated as real profit = contract value - total cost (AC)

ITIL
1) Created ITIL watcher role. The users with this role will get notification for any event/action on incident
2) Autosolve Incidents after 5 days if there is no response from customer for status "awaiting customer action"
3) Fixed Bug - CMDB plugin issue. Now we can link CMDB item with an Incident
4) Created configuration in ITIL plugin to define roles to whom incident notifications will be sent. This has now made our ITIL tool generic
5) Ticket priority is linked with SLA Targets. Earlier it was fixed. Now the priorities defined in admin section will be linked with SLA targets
6) SLA notifications are also made configurable in ITIL Plugin. Now we can define the roles to which notifications will be sent. Earlier these were fixed.
7) Show escalation history on Incident. This is marked as private and customer cannot see it.
8) Fixed bug - When a user who is already a part of a company is added to a Group then the same user is removed from that company.

Other Fixes and new features-
1) Roadmap - "Version not defined" is now a hyperlink.
2) Provided a popup to show estimation history. We have added a hyperlink "history" next to the estimation field that will open a popup to show how many times a ticket has been re-estimated along with original estimate.
3) Upload file. There was earlier a restriction to only upload 10 files at one time. Now this is made configurable in admin settings. Admin can define the maximum number of files to upload in the settings.
4) Added notification of estimation approval. Now, if estimate is changed, a notification is sent to user with "Estimation Approver" role to approve the estimate.
5) Projects - Added option to filter the projects according to the type in the "Projects" module.
